Why am I in the guarateed tier but not in the whitelist?

If you stake least 15k BSCS or higher then you will have the Guaranteed Allocation. You can check your amount of staked token and your tier on our Dapp (https://bscstation.finance/Ido).

There is a case where you enter the pool 12 hours before the opening and see "you are not whitelisted." The reason is that we only update the allocation display about 10-12 hours before IDO time. Therefore, users will see the notification "you are not whitelisted" when they access the pool before that time.
