You can claim your token at "Joined" in the IDO LaunchPad section, click on "Details" then the "Claim" will appear, and click "Claim" and "Confirm". You have to prepare a certain amount of BNB (or FTM, Matic, ETH...) to pay gas fees for the blockchain system
